Items ordered from our store are posted within 36 hours of your payment being confirmed. If circumstances prevent us from posting within this timeframe you will be notified by phone or email.
To maintain our high hygiene standards items may not be replaced unless they are faulty due to a manufacturing error. Faulty items must be brought to our attention within 7 working days of you receiving the item. Faulty items will be exchanged. Where the same item is unavailable a refund will be available. Postage rates are outlined below.
