Australian Shipping

We ship all orders with Australia Post registered and express. You can view their T&C page here and you can track your order here. The speed of your express order depends on your location in relation to us. you can read more about Australia post's express services here

We pack and ship 3 times a week, Monday morning, Wednesday Morning and Friday morning. In order to be guaranteed shipment the order must be placed and paid for by 5pm the previous day (Sunday night, Tuesday Night, Thursday night). We record the tracking number of all Australian orders and you can use the Australia post website tracker to see where your order is. We offer free registered shipping for orders over $40 and free express for orders over $60.

International shipping

We offer a flat rate worldwide with two shipping options. One is insured and the other is not. If you do select the uninsured option then you are accepting full responsibility for the package and GreenStar fashion cannot be held responsible for lost or late packages. We highly recommend the more secure (and expensive) insured method.

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any piercing product. Once they leave our store we cannot take them back even if you change your mind. If an item is faulty and we ask you to return it then it is only so that we can verify the fault and the item will be destroyed and not resold. Apparel items can be exchanged with negotiation. Please note where no product fault exists then the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Please do not send items back to us with out first contacting us via our contact page.
